The strategic communications goal was to inspire conversations on Singapore’s growing gaming ecosystem and community, beyond event-related engagement. In order to educate and reach out to audiences, the inaugural GameStart Gamers Survey, the first-of-its kind on gamer habits in Southeast Asia, was conducted. We also facilitated media engagement with organisers and key industry players on trends, event highlights, and personalities. Strategic partnerships were formed and out-of-the box approaches were taken, including Singapore’s first-ever gaming-themed physical Escape Room Concept.
